Coles Green

WJN are currently supporting the development of nine apartments, over three floors, in Neasden, for Collier Contracts.

Over the course of our 12 week timeframe, we will install combination boiler systems in all living spaces, providing hot water, central heating and sewage pipework to its awaiting residents. Additionally, each apartment will feature a fully equipped bathroom, complete with a toilet, basin, and bath, all designed by our in-house designer.
Willesden

We are also supporting Collier Contracts with a larger project in Neasden at Willesden. This development consists of ten modern apartments spread over four floors, with four of them featuring an en-suite bathroom. This development will also include combination heating system inclusive of radiators, boilers, sewage pipework and hot water.
Barking Lane

Barking Lane is a housing development in East London, consisting of seventeen apartments, four of which are duplex. Our client, Collier Contracts, requires a full combination heating systems in each living space, along with fully equipped modern bathrooms. Our in house designer has created a fully efficient specification and design under regulations.
